A MUCH better image of Josie Otero

Than we have previously seen. When WPD came through the house and took The Otero family pictures and kept them from the family for 31 years, they didn't get to remember this sister like this. They had to rely on memory.

Ghastly, how COULD they do that? WHY would they do that? Especially sad when Carmen Otero said in the sentencing it scared her recently when she forgot the sound of her mothers voice....
